i got a i35 that wont pass emissions and the service engine soon light will not turn on. its pulling code p0138 but no light. i took out the cluster to see if a bulb was missing or taken out. but all the bulbs are in there and are in working order. im kinda stumped.... anyone know anything?

 

Take your gas cap off and turn your car on. See if it will trigger ses light.
