help me solve my headlight problem

so ive got a 2001 I30T and ive searched and searched, but havent found any one that has had a similar problem as I. the problem im having is that my left side headlight is brighter than my right. i recently put in osram bulbs with the glare shield on them, so i can have that cut off, but still the left is brighter than the right. also, there is no cut off line visible from the left headlight. also, the reflector is slightly burned in the right side where the bulb passes through, and the left side is fine. here are the pics

Looks like one bulb needs to be readjusted to correct direction. You sure one of them brighter? Or maybe its just directed right at you?

The burnt reflector is the issue and nothing is going to solve that.

It's time for a retro.

im going to check the bulb tommorrow, maybe the glare shield isn't facing up. which is the way i installed them according to wat i saw in a few pics. But ive looked at other i30s and BOTH of their headlights look like my RIGHT (PASSENGER SIDE) in terms of brightness, which makes me doubt its the reflector...or i could be wrong. I also have the same amount of voltage at both connectors

It looks to be out of alignment. It looks to just need an adjustment downward.

well i seem to have figured my problem out it seems the bulb was sitting too far out from the housing. i didnt thing my ghetto mod was the problem which was the leftover cardboard circle from an electrical tape roll that served as the bulb ''base''. those of you with oem setup might know what im talking about. ill post pics up of what i mean.
