On my 2010 Maxima, when I put one key FOB inside the car and one in my pocket, why am I able to lock it from outside? I thought if any key FOB is inside, you cannot lock the car from ouside.

 

You cannot lock it from the Button on the door handle and it will not automatically . lock, You can lock a keyfob in the car with a second fob because it is assumed you have the keyfob in your hand (lol) in the rare scenario that you need to do so... Like on the way home from the dealer, 1st day lol.
