will my wheels fit on this car?

I have a 95 se an I am considering sellin it to get a new vw golf turbo,Will my precious blitz wheels fit a vw golf 5 lug?Thanks in advance.

probably not.... the offset is different on the Golf. and are u sure it's 5 lug? my friends 98 golf is 4 lug. but even if they will fit, they will either stick out too far or be too far into the fenders....

the wheels will not fit. offset isnt your problem, the bolt pattern is. your max has a 5x114.3/5x4.5 the VW is either 5x100/5x3.9 or 5x108/5x4.25

yeh your right darren I had this convo with some friends tonight an bolt pattern is what came up.Is there anyway of make the bolt patterns if the golf match the maximas lets say with spacers or adaptors?

adapters will not help.
if you are talking about the kind that have their own studs and are bolted to the hub of the car: by design theyare usually 1.5in think and might push the wheels out too far. you will end emp with outer fender clearance probs and cut tires. basically it will look like one of those lowriders with hydaulics.
