it was like 12:30AM on the famous El Camino Real (a street that goes all the way from northern cali to mexico) and i was at a traffic light on the 3 lane street. my friend in his 1995 Toyota 4 Runner TRD?!? wanted to race me and see what his car had...the light turned green and i smoked him hard...beat him by 3 cars to 50...then a 2000? or newer Accord V6 2 door pulls up next to me...rolls down his window and asks "do you think your maxima is fast?" i was shoked when he asked me that ****...knowing me Andrew91SE, i responded "Faster then your ride.." he shook his head and rolled up his window..its still a red light and we both knew we were gonna run..i think he saw me race my friend so he wanted to race me...the light turned green and neither of us had any tire spin when we floored it...i took him right off by like half a car...then he came right next to me..front bumper to front bumper...we hit second and my car/tranny made a wierd liitle high pitch noise when it shiffted...right when i hit second and the rpms got to about 3,500 or so...i pulled on him hard....he flashed his headlights at me and turned...woohoo..that was fun...

nice job

good kills ...
but some info...

if you see a 4Runner with TRD be careful.. they can be S/C'd i saw one at etown .. ran low 14's..

and if i had a 2000 V6 accord and raced you .. trust me you wouldn't have a chance.. V6 accords are competition for 4th gen auto's .. i drove a 92 GXE for 1 year.. i know how fast it is..
If you had manual you would be very close to the accord..

How'd you do that? in your VG auto at that.

Man i'm imtimidated by the new V6 accord, and i got a VE, he should have smoked you. oh well, guess your the better driver though, especially since you have 2 15's in the trunk. did you take them out to race your TRD friend?, and yes stay away from TRD 4runners and Solara/Camry's, if it's S/C'ed you don't want anything to do w/ it.

TRD 4Runners fast? Are we talking about the Toyota 4Runners?

Aren't those medium/large suv's? What does TRD stand for? I think I am losing something!

well we all know the dead giveaways of a v6 poser. single exhaust pipe vs. dual exhaust on the REAL v6. also the 4 lug vs. 5 lug bolt pattern (the v6 has 5). either way, nice kill.
