Shes getting old, what kind of maintainance?

Wanted to read some opinions, im at 165k. So I plan to hold on to my I30 for a while longer, but she needs some work. Some of the things im going to do is flush the brake, power steering (As much as I can get out) and tranny fluids. Pretty basic. Oil, filter, air and cabin filter have all been recently change.

Now the brakes, I thought I was pretty easy on them. I bought new OEM pads and rotors and warped the rotors pretty quick. So they've been like that for a while. Is there a low temp pad that people recommend? Im hoping to save the rotor, its only been through on set of brake pads. If not, do those slotted or cross drilled rotors even make a difference? Seems like they would reduce the amount of stopping surface. I've read you can put Q brakes on, but not sure I want to get new calipers and go through all the modding.

She also squeaks pretty bad from the front left quarter of the car. I'm hoping we can jack up the car and locate the source. Just driving down the street over the smallest bumps you can hear it squeak away. You can even hear it when you close the drivers door. Any tips on what it might be? Or finding them?

Any other tips people have to keep this thing running smoothly for a long time id appreciate them!

BTW where are people getting most of their Nissan parts these days?
