looking for recomended maintence to the 97 max gle just purchased

just purchased my lady a black on tan 1997 nissan maxima gle it has the 3.0v6 3000 twin cam motor.

has 84k carfax certified miles. has no major accidents, 1 fender bender that was fixed properly. leather is in great shape with some wear but no tears.

the bose system was replaced and a pioneer intergrated... man those bose speakers get loud once you add a nice hu... i have installed my father inlaws old sytem that consist of 2 12" bazooka subwoofers in sealed box powered by a 500w bazooka amp.

i recently purchased the car for $4200, and promptly changed the oil to 5w30 castrol edge synthetic. i was looking for common maintence issues, more towards the 100k mi range as it doesn't have that much but is getting up there in age.

i am planning on coolant flush ,and transmission fluid / filter change as well.
am i headin the right direction guys???
thanks

your heading the right way just need to replace spark plug, belts, possibly a power steering flush. I might be for getting a couple other things, so hows the radiator support because over time they rust out.

When i bought my 99 the fuel filter was carroded so bad that the idle was rough. I replacd it with a 300zx fuel filter and she idles so smoothly now. Cleaning the throttle body is a good idea too, you never know if the previous owner babied the car or not.

will check its a TN car and usually rust is not a problem... the support is the metal casing/bar surrounding the radiator correct?
