The best spark plug and ignition wires for my max?

13 dark blue


What kind of spark plugs should I put to my car?
normals. platiniun, iridiun?, some people toll me that the platiniun are the best but some people toll me that with platiniun you lost power!!!!!
what brand of wires is the best?
any help will be apreciated

I used bosh. But I noticed there was no real difference. I would go buy average ones if I were you. No reason to buy an exspensive set

GO WITH NGK! God, I wasted $30 on those crap Bosch platinums. They worked like complete crap and made my car start idling at 2000rpm!!! I've always heard that with Nissans you should stick with the NGK wires/plugs since they are usually what comes stock from the factory. They just seem to work the best.

Yes that is what I have heard, for past 2 years, (NGK Platinum 4 and NGK 8mm wires)
