while it's all apart...

Hey. I'm putting my Pacesetter STS (already purchased) and Cattman Y-pipe (on the list to get) in at the same time this spring. While I'm doing this, should I go ahead and put in an RT cat? Are they worth the money? How much noise increase can be expected? Or does the exhaust and Y-pipe it's used with determine how much louder the car will be?

No.

RT Cat MAX gain is no more than 1 hp. It is a cheap, legal alternative to the Nissan OEM cat that costs nearly twice the price.

I agree. NO. It is not worth the money. Unless you are failing emission testing, you don't need the RT.
