Just installed Cattman Y-Pipe! More Throaty Sound??
I just had my Cattman Y-Pipe installed.. All I can say is that there is a complete difference with it on. First off, my exhaust got soo freakin loud that I had to put my resonator back on.
Also now I get a more throaty sound and WOT then before. Sound right to you guys??? The gains are definitely noticeable above 3K RPM.. I have a full cat-back w/exhaust too...

Yes, I would have to agree with you. I only have an intake, but I noticed that my intake sound has changed just a bit. More throaty I guess would be a way to discribe it. In terms of exhaust, I really don't know though.

Nope, never that the problem you described. The only time I have heard any noise was when I was accelerating hard over some railroad tracks. The whole exhaust moved and hit the cross member that UMD mentioned, other than that, no problems what-so-ever.

probably not.... you can get some washers or spacers in between the bolts to get some extra space if you want to put it back on also.
