Alarm keeps on going off

Hi,
I have Nissan Maxima 2000 . For last 6 months the alarm keeps on going off it self . Most of the time this happens almost half to one hour after parking my car. It is stopped after I press unlock on my fob key . I want to diasble the alarm system permanantly because it is bothering. Please suggest how can I dissable alarm system.

is it factory alarm or aftermarket?

Are you sure you're not pressing the panic button on your remote accidentally, with the keys in your pocket?
