Finally I now belong here!
Last night I purchased a 2013 SV in Tuscan Red with black leather. It has 23,060 kilometres (14,328 miles) and was initially in service February 2013. Purchased from a local Nissan dealership for a nice price 
So it's just 1 week shy of being 1 year old
and I saved about $13k CAD from a new one 'apples to apples'. Nice to have 2 years on the BtB and 4 years on the PT warranty!
I will pick it up pn March 1, as I have some vacation time that interferes with picking it up sooner. It is a base level SV, regular sunroof, cold weather package, leather, 18" rims with GY GSA's, Bose. It was not an ex-rental, looks like it might have been a company car. Car Proof was clean and exterior and interior are very very good.
First mods to be considered:
1- LEDs for trunk - the OEM is a dimbulb
2. Good rubber slush mats for floors
3. 4 Snows on alloy rims with TPMS.
So glad this search is done, my wife really likes the colour!
