!! HELP with Pop Charger Install !!

Guys ... I need help.

I was trying to install a Generic Cone Intake.

And I can't seem to separate the MAF from the Throttle Body.

The Rubber Seal on the Throttle Body, doesn't seem to want to give ... I tried real hard and I can't separate the Two!!!!

Thanks,
Eric

MAF from the TB? You only need to separate it from the black air thingy. Use a flathead screwdriver and jam it between a gap... twist the screwdriver to loosen it.

i had the same problem. ppl said that's easy to take it off...but not for me....
i left the MAF on it, just took the air box out...but took long time to unscrew those 4 nuts.
Good luck.....

Now your getting around to installing it!?

lol!

The MAF needs to be pulled out with the box for easier access to the bolts. The MAF slides into a rubber part that is inserted into the resonator that is between the maf and the throttle body. Big verticle black piece. It will come out, just wiggle it up and down and eventually it will pop out. Don't use any form of oil or grease on it. It won't stay on after you put that on when you try to tighten it back down. Just loosen the clamps as much as you can.
