Just test drove a 2k2 6spd........

..........OH MY GOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What an awesome car. For all of you who own it, you should thank your lucky stars. I cannot believe how much improved the shifter feel is compared to previous models. I pinned it on second and the wheels totally broke loose. The pavement was completely dry.

By the way, I drive a Saab 9-5 Aero which in it's own rights is a great car. Needless to say, significantly more expensive. I wish I had waited for the 2k2 6spd. I'd save myself a bundle and still have a huge mile on my face. Damn !!!!!

Anyway, once again, to those who own one...God bless you and congratulations !!! Please take care of your awesome toy because as this dealer told me the new 6th gen Max will be a completely different beast altogether which will make the 2k2 6spds the most sought after 4DSCs ever.

Sorry for chewing up bandwidth with my babbling, but I am just so excited to see such a great car. For now my 96 SE will have to quench the Maxima desires. Maybe, I can snap a used one up when the 9-5 Aero lease is over.........hmmm.........

Just picked my Black on Black 6sp SE up on Saturday. I have driven BMW's for 12 years, and this is more fun than any of them!
