Wheel Well/Fender Separation

I first noticed the area between the wheel well and bumper/fender area was not perfectly aligned a couple months ago. I try to push the wheel well liner in but it usually pops out after a few seconds. I've attached a few pics. I recently installed an HID kit and now I'm just concerned that this gap is going to allow the ballast/wires to get wet. Are there any suggestions as to what can be done for this? Is the HID kit waterproof (DDM)? Thanks!

I'd get back in there and re-install the splash guards.

My car has the same issue. I've never had any problems with water damaging stuff. I am curious to know how to fix that tho.....been thinking about lowering the car and don't know if the wheel well liner would rub after the drop

Hmmmm, mine was like that after installing HID's. Just had to push the plastic liner back behind the fender well and it went back into position. Takes a firm push, then reinstall the fender screws and pop-in clips.
