Clunk Noise After Tie Rod Replacements??

So, I went to get an alignment, shop said "can't, your left inner/outer tie rods need to be replaced" for 260$. I'm like F*** dat!

Bought 2 inner and 2 outer Moog Tie rod ends for 100$ and decided to do both sides by myself. I watched a few videos and it didn't look that hard.

After completion my alignment was still the same for the most part.

However on my way back when going like 10mph there's a clunking noise coming from the front end ( by the rack maybe?). When I take turns going that slow, it seems to go away, but not always.

While my car is in my driveway if you jerk the steering wheel to the left it'll make the same clunk noise but less rapidly, basically 1 clunk for 1 jerk.
It didn't make this noise before hand what-so-ever...

Just replaced both control arms/balljoints and sway bar links.

I have no idea what it could be.. Any help would be appreciated!

-EDIT-
Sorry for my sig! ( it's fixed now!)

Next week I'm having a new rack and pinion plus new control arms, new end links, and a new power steering pump installed, after getting tired of loose steering at highway speeds and clunking when I turn the wheel all the way either direction. My rack has been leaking and the right control arm is covered in goo, so I decided to get it all done at once...

I've already done inner and outer tie rods, sway links, lca's and axles, not because i thought that was the issue but because i wanted to refresh the front end, noise went away for a couple days then returned

*UPDATE*

Fixed it! It was just the nut that tightens the outer tie rod (the one on the inner tie rod), It was just to loose.
