I replaced MFA and it is ALIVE!!! BUT???

After running and driving it around for a few days...
All 4 wheel bearings are shot.
The rear shocks are shot... I need stiffer suspension. I am use to my 74' 2002..
Both rear calipers are shot.

Now the New issue is...
When I am driving down the highway going from 55-65 the RPM gauge fluctuates and the car seems to loose power...
Could this be a sign of the IACV not working properly or another issue?
The car/CPU throws no codes with a reader??? I need help??? Also recommendations on the other issues above replace with new parts but I want better suspension....

It could be the IACV. A cleaning won't hurt. But it could be anything else.

I have some stiff suspension if you're interested:
