1991 Nissan Maxima

So I was leaving work my car cranked just fine with no problems. about 20-25 minutes later going down the road my car just shut off and will not start back. What can fix this issue?

Probably a good idea to start by checking your fuses ie fuel pump fuse and check fuel pressure. Could be the fuel pump or possibly the ignititor/ignition module located behind thd distributor but my guess would be one of those three unless your alt. died but usually you'd have some symptoms if the alt. took a dive like flickering dash lights and loss of power. I had a problem with random stalling which turned out to be my fuel pump fuse not making good contact with the fuse terminals. I wound up pulling the fuse block and squeezing the terminals together tighter then putting the fuse back which fixed my issue but yours could be otherwise. Just a suggestion but i'd probably start by checking the first few things i mentioned aswell as making sure your cables are making good contact on your battery terminals.
