Hood Liner Clip Removal ...
Is there some technique, that I'm unaware of, associated with the removal of the hood liner retainer clips without destroying them and without damaging the liner itself?

If you don't have this already, I use the trim tool that I purchased at Advance in the picture for practically all trim and clip removal. Though I have seen some of the hood liner clips become brittle and disintegrate.
