Has anyone here used the Flennor Tensioner/idler pulley assembly with the bracket?

Flennor part number FS99226

It says "Flennor Germany" all over the packaging, but it is probably made in China.

Anyway, I got this one because it seems to be the only complete assembly with the bracket, pulley, and tensioner. So all you have to do is loosen the belt and then 3 bolts. Obviously, it comes with a new nut for the idler pulley. This is important because the original but likes to strip.
