You'll want to go in from the top, there's no access from the bottom.

Can you elaborate on what you mean on start from the top?

I'm curious to know the process of this repair as well, I been under there several times and every time I go under and look at it I'm there looking all over for a way that this could be done. I've done this on other cars easily but this one looks like there's a specific way it has to be done.

When you take the intake manifold off, you'll be able to access/move the rack, lines, mount, etc. Then remove the shackles to the stabilizer. I know you can't take it off from the bottom because of the large subframe. You still may have problems with space since the engine bay in this car isn't the best to work with...Good luck
