Cheap license plate light fix

License plate light bracket rusted out finally

I found these on Amazon, but the price has gone up since and they're cheaper on eBay at the moment FWIW

Painted half to keep the light from blinding others and added silicone to the top connection.

Red to red/black to black

Hope this helps others

It's a bit ugly. Not a big deal to some I guess.

Here's my bracket. It was made by my father's coworker in the mid 2000's. It out lasted my old car and I put it on my new one.

I bent up some aluminum like above and put on an LED strip for my cousin. Looks hilarious being so bright but I hear the police liked it.

The Maxima is ugly with rust so it's perfect I guess

If you think that's bright you should've seen it before I painted it

I believe it. I used two 12 led modules from a truck bed lighting kit. It is insanely bright.
