Clunking noise in front end 2014 Maxima SV Sport Pkg

So I have an continually annoying issue of a clunking sound in the front end. I have taken it to 3 different places, 2 to the dealer and they said it's the sway bar links. I changed them with Moog links and it's still doing it. Now the dealer says the aftermarket links might still be the cause... So now I order the OEM and will give that a shot. I highly doubt that's it. Anyone else have the same issue?

Under what conditions is it clunking?

Mainly over bumps and it doesn't matter the size. It happens on both driver and passenger sides. It sounds lower central to me. Everyone that has looked at it is saying everything is tight... I am noticing some extra vibration from the motor driving and at stops. Thought maybe motor mount but dealership is saying no..but I don't know if they are blowing it off because it's a certified used and warranty is up in a few months.

Try tightening the battery hold down bolts. I had a front end clunking that drove me crazy, I only found it when I rested my hand on the battery while looking around the engine area. I tightened the bolts and the noise went away. The battery sits on top of the driver side crumple zone structure, a hollow squarish tube made of the body sheet metal that runs front to back of engine bay = echo chamber.

Not saying this is your problem, but it is worth inspecting...cost me nothing, so I pay it forward.
