Front-end noises: your input is appreciated

I have a 2012 Maxima with 160,000 miles on it and the front end clunks like crazy going over bumps and undulations. Super noisy, super annoying. I have determined that the end links and outer tie rod ends need to be replaced, but I am curious to know how many of you have gone in to do this job and discovered the inner tie rod ends are sufficiently worn as well? Also... I have read how intensely and insanely difficult it is to replace the front sway bar bushings, so I am not even going to touch those. Any other components that are suspect in these common front-end noises on our vehicles? Thanks.

I just had this issue, some mechanic made me a long a** list of parts "needed", but I just replaced end links and problem solved. Really easy job.

Good to know -- I have done the same on other vehicles with the same result (silence).
