2018 Max SV Looking for a few recommendations

Greetings All,
I am here to crowdsource information on the following items I need for my car. Pardon if they have been discussed in other threads.

I need to buy brake pads and I would like to know which are best and what brand for our car.

also, I need to buy an emblem for the front as mine was lost in an incident with a lane divider pole.

Pads: I like the way the factory Nissan pads grab and at 42,000 miles they look like they have another 20,000 miles on them. No pulsations and they are quiet. Probably go with OEM pads again, although with my other cars I doubt I would do that.
Front Nissan Logo: I thought you had to replace the entire grill. Can't imagine that you "lost" the logo without messing up the grill it is molded into. What am I missing here?

Definitely not molded in to the grill, rather it clips I with clips at 12, 3, 6 and 9.

Well I'll be dipped! Learn something every day. Gonna have to take a special trip out to the garage to set this in my brain. I was thinking about a post sometime back about a guy who removed his logo and I could have sworn he made the whole conversion into a multi-day project using fiberglass matt, bondo and all types of work to get it to look right. Oh well.
