Bought and had a Optima Red Top battery installed (Adv Auto Parts)to replace old/bad OEM batt, then realized after starting up w/new batt the display screen was black, and no audio/radio functions, but gauge cluster display and AC screen/controls all still fine; car is also having NO KEY DETECT issues but lets me start when i touch FOB to push start etc; any help greatly appreciated thx! *Have had absolutely no audio/infotainment issues prior to this*

Try a hard reset by disconnecting the battery on both terminals, then waiting 5 minutes or more. Then reConnect the red terminal 1st (positive) then follow by connecting the - terminal (negative).
Also would not hurt to confer with a dealer, They usually use a small battery to hold the memories in the system before removing the old battery. Once you do the reset, your car will have to relearn your driving habits over the next day or so.

Our maximas will track your driving habits such as acceleration cruising on the highway, and in town, all while adjusting the engine computer for optimum performance. Some call it a performance remap of the computer memory to obtain the least emissions and the best fuel economy. The CVT can then respond to match your driving style.
