Lane departure prevention

Lane departure prevention
It seems I need to hit the "Dynamic Driver Assistance" button (to the left of the steering wheel) every time I restart my car.
The same is true if I go into the Driver Assist settings, and select "lane" > then Lane Departure Prevention.
When I shut off the car, the settings are not saved.
I thought once I activate the setting, it would stay on.

Is this happening to other 8th Gen Maxima owners?

Please advise ... and thank you for any feedback.

Yes. I have this same thing happen. Wish it would just stay activated.
