Wondering if anyone knows why my 21’ maxima has recently been getting stuck at 2000rpm while parked. I noticed it when I accidentally hit the gas while parked and the rpm’s spiked up to 2000 and literally just stayed there until I shifted out of park. I did it again to test if it would do it again and it did and then the check engine light turned on. Has anyone experienced anything similar? I’m gonna get it checked out soon.

Have this same issue. I revved my car in park one time and the rpms stay around the 2k area for about 10 seconds before dropping back to normal? Wondering what this is myself no codes or anything.
