Hesitating in drive

Hesitating in drive
2000 Nissan Maxima when in drive seems like it is going to cut. It idles fine in P R N but when you put in drive it just revs up and down. Press the gas to go and it goes but it hesitates and then goes. But it powers down like it will cut off. Check engine like is not on either. So please help find out what is wrong with it.

Check the voltages and adjustment of the TPS.

Is this a symptom that shows up at all engine temperatures or only after full warm-up?
