Car doesnt move after hard breaking
So I've had a 2003 maxima as my daily for the last 5 years and it's always had this problem and I've not been able to diagnose as to why but when I come to an abrupt stop at an intersection I notice when I go to accelerate their is like a 2 second delay until my wheels will start spinning again and it generally comes with the car jerking almost as if the breaks were failing to release, however it does not appear to be a break issue.
It might be a shifting solenoid issue however I've been unsuccessful at finding the location of the shifting solenoids of this transmission online (in my 95 gmc they were accessible via the transmission pan) I've been reluctant to pop it open and look on the Nissan as the owners manual states that It needs Matic D transmission fluid and I am not sure what is considered an Acceptable replacement though I was keeping it topped up with Valvoline Max life though my local walmart quit selling it.
Maybe it could be the Torque converter, I dunno why it was suggested to me once but seeing as how its one of the more costly repairs that is to extensive to do myself I am hoping it isn't but considering that the problem I am having feels much the same as a clutch failing to engage and the abrupt excessive torque I get when it finally does leads me to believe it could be the issue though I will most likely end up just driving the vehicle until it fails completely instead of fixing it due to the cost.

Is it jerking like it's revving in neutral then suddenly the transmission kicks in or is it acting like the E-brake is on and it won't move but it feels like its pulling forward still? I've owned vehicles with trans solenoid issues and usually they would start in 2nd or 3rd gear after a hard stop and I would have to manually go L-2-D to get around it while accelerating. Might be worth trying that when it acts up next, otherwise if the brake piston is seizing or there's a partially collapsed brake hose I could see those causing it as well

But yeah it only seems to happen during short stints of driving in town maybe the first 10 or so minutes after a cold start
1. stop braking hard?
2. Try the L-2-D thing
3. you don't have to worry about dropping the pan, just get a huge tub and drain it in there, then you can clean out the magnets and replace the filter while you're down there, it's pretty easy.
Then you want to measure how much fluid you got, any missing? You can top it off with the valvoline stuff, order off amazon, then bolt everything back together and put the fluid back in,
let the car run for a few minutes in park, then take it out for a spin.
I constantly put mine into neutral when slowing down or stopping, also the jerking can be caused by bad motor/transmission mounts, have you checked those?
