Boy do I have a problem (swirl control valve actuator)

2001 I30 , I know I know but there are more maxima folks. Just got the valve cover gaskets done and of course forgot to connect the rubber vacuum hose from the hard line on the front of the engine to the nipple on this thing. Threw a check engine light. I have to use a borescope to even see the nipple. Dumb azz design. Anyway to reconnect this vacuum line without taking the intake manifold off? Thoughts/suggestions?

Yeah super dumb. Hardest vacuum line to access on an engine that I can remember. Any creative thoughts?

I suspect the only thing that will work is going back in there and doing the hard work
