Hope everyone is doing well! I have a 2011 Nissan Maxima that had a battery replaced about a week ago. Strangely enough after the change I have some weird issues.

No power window, door lock, sunroof, or trunk.

Now I know for this body style most, if not all of the above functions are controlled by the BCM.

(Powered seats do work, along with just about everything else).

Has anyone had experience with this? BCM issue? Is there a smart key module that can cause this issue?

The remote will arm the vehicle and has confirmation but will not lock the doors.


I have tried all resets I can think of and a week later I have the same issue.

I would try disconnecting the neg side of the battery for half an hour then reconnect. That will reset the computer and could clear everything up.

 

I tried this out as well and even left it for a weekend. Still no luck!
