"Vrrrr" noise from dash/firewall area

Just wondering if anyone had this before, sometimes it's there and sometimes it isnt. doesnt matter when it is, it just comes up, even if engine is hot or cold. completely random.

Did you turn fan off to see if it's blower motor?
