What I've learned..... 2014 Maxima.
So I'm a diy flipper, never done a Maxima (or a Nissan) for that matter til now. Got a 2014 Maxima for $450 (she wanted $1500)..... it needs a motor, and there was something going on with the steering. Body and chassis have 200k on it, transmission has 80k on it. Body and chassis are in pretty good shape, interior and needs a good detail.
Got the motor and transmission out the top and started preparing the car to drop the replacement motor in. Got the replacement at a junkyard for $300. All in all its going pretty well... Then I broke the damn driver's side door! Door froze up and I pulled hard on the handle and it popped.
I now have almost as much time in working to finally get the damn door apart without being able to open it as I did In lifting the old motor out.
