Kumhos are great for the price. Quiet and smooth. Great dry traction.

If you're getting the stock size tire, get the Kumho Ecsta HP4 Performance Touring tire, as the Ecsta Supra 712 isn't available in that size I believe.

So the Kumho Ecsta 712's (probably most ppl are running these) are nice and quiet? That's good that all these Tirerack and Org people are right and the guy at the tireshop is wrong (He said they're LOUD.)

After reading some searches I saw Jeffy likes them too and they seem to be a bit softer-riding, which is good if you're moving to low-profile UHP tires which tend to ride harder.

only had em for about 500 miles actually.. i bought em used too for 130 for all four, two of the tires are almost new, and two are maybe at 80%.. so far i havent noticed any difference in tread life, but the handling is superb. ride noise is pretty minimal. turns they do screech a little bit which surprised me though..
