Headlamp Bulbs -- 9004 BlueVision or 9004 Premium?

Does anyone know or have any of these Philips Headlamp bulbs? Which is better particularly in night driving -- 9004 BlueVision or 9004 Premium? How much improvement are they over the 65/45 watt OEM bulbs?

TIA

Thanks for the input, re: PIAA Super Whites. How does it compare to the standard OEM bulbs in night driving?

With regards to the 9004 Premium I read output is up by 30% with less wattage (60/45 as opposed to 65/45). Also, (and as far as I know) these Philips bulbs are only available in Europe but can be purchased online.

Thanks for the link. I've been wondering about the legality of e-codes (more particularly on the Mass. inspection) -- but that's another subject.

NP. I would not worry too much about e-code lights, you've got guys running around /w unaimed HIDs and super super brightr lights that don't get hassled. You should be fine.
