After writing and talking to numerous Nissan dealers asking for O.E.M. wheel weight of a '97 GLE I finally got an answer. First off, it seems like this is a factory secret because NO ONE would give me a straight answer. I got the run around from three different places. Anyway, much thanks to Kaleb at Courtesy (and 4dsc.com). He gave me the following:
'97 and up GLE...16.5 lbs
'97 and up SE....19.5 lbs
Hope this helps some of you trying to choose lighter wheels.

Thanks good info. I am currently looking at rims and that is a good way to compare how they might slow you down etc.
