Seen another Max in the parking lot with some mods and "check" it out.

LOL, Sunday I embarassed my future wife by seeing a sharp Black AE Max in PFChange parking lot with what seemed to be aftermarket exhaust....

Being the "curious" individual I was, I proceeded to get down on all fours and look at the muffler under the bumper skirt....disappointed to see it just had a tip (maybe 3") welded in what could have been the stock muffler....good job though...but it could have been an aftermarket muffler too, but could not tell due to her dragging me away and muttering to herself....

 

Women just doesn't understand the true nature of a maxima owner.

 

My wife used to say, "Why do you love your Maxima so much?". She drives a 2k Mercury Sable. Well, I answered her question by letting her drive my car more often. Now she's sold, admitting to me the other day how much more she enjoys driving the Max than the Sable.

 

Yeah, but usually I'm checking out the hood to see how many paint chips it has compared to mine!

I was walking to the car in a parking lot with my ex and a visually stock Max passed me. But then I heard exhaust and it had the HKS so I walked faster than normal trying to chase it (since I never saw how it looked in person) but couldn't catch it...she rolled her eyes and laughed at me
