I think I'm busted by the styling police!

I just found some old car mags from summer '99. Wasn't sure why I had them but I found reviews of the 2000 Max inside--R&T did a 7.0 0-60, Motor Trend did a 6.7 0-60 (don't they have good drivers, they always are faster).

Then I saw a tire rack ad and my 18" wheels sold for $309 back then, now they're $129. Man they've been around for a while!

At least they're still available! I just replaced my O-Z Monte Carlo wheels, which were apparently discontinued the day I bought them. I bent one rim, and ended up having to get a whole new set.
