right and left bank 02 sensors both out?

right and left bank 02 sensors both out?
I've got CEL codes of 0503 and 0307. These are for the right bank and left bank o2 sensors respectively. Why would both of these trip at once. The right sensor is only 1 year old. I reset the CEL and it comes back on in about 10 seconds after I start the car. It shouldn't do that right away should it?
