1/2 inch

i use the 1/2 inch, but you probably already have sockets for the more popular 3/8 inch. the lug size is 21 mm.

Either will work fine with the appropriate sized socket.

Buy whichever one you think you'll get the most use out of, or the one that you already have the most sockets for.

Torque spec. is 85 ft/lbs for the lug nuts. Choose a wrench that has the right range for the majority of jobs you anticipate doing. Sears sells manual wrenches that go up to 80 ft/lbs and another to 150 ft/lbs.

-Just depends on what you want to use it for.

I'd suggest the 1/2" because I use mine as the breaker bar too. Lugs can be though.
Just get a $3 3/8" adapter and it'll work with all your other sockets.

like someone mentioned, get the 1/2" drive along with the 3/8" adapter. I believe the 3/8" sockets only go up to 19mm.

Just FYI, you can throw your torque wrench out of calibration very quickly using it this way. . . not recommended.

Also, it's a good idea to dial thw wrench down to the lowest setting when you're done using it, as this will release tension off the internal spring & further preserve the accuracy of the wrench's factory calibration.
