Dude, this is so funny.

Just today, I'm driving along shaking my fist & saying to myself - one of these days, I'm gonna pull that whole damn cener console apart, top to bottom & go to town on it's azz with air conditioning foam window sealing trim, 3M foam tape, whatever the h-e-l-l it takes to get rid of all the little squeaks & rattles.

(I've isolated about 3 separate ones just in this area of the interior alone)

Ever since I put my lowering springs in, it's gotten so annoying that unless I have the tunes absolutely CRANKED, I feel like taking a baseball bat to my dash. (And I'm an extremely mellow person).

Hey, even the mild-mannered can only take so much of this squeaky, creaky torture chamber known as the Maxima interior. Ever seen the movie "Falling Down" w/ Michael Douglas?

Meanwhile, in the Nissan engineering department, 5PM, Friday. . . "Fit & finish? We don't need no stinking fit & finish!"

Having said all this, I still love my Max. . ., and it's warped rotors, and it's failed starter motor, and. . .

If you beat me to a solution, be sure & report back - sorry: I can only "relate" at this point; can't provide a fix just yet.

I've taken apart my center console to install my Nak cd player and to do a new install of speakers in the front doors, other than that, nothing else. I hate the damn snap on parts that nissn has for the door and some on the center console. Anyways there is a rattle in my right door. I hear it everytime I go over a bump (#%^@#&^@$#&**^#$&@^). I haven't had time to fix it yet. I'll do it this weekend when I clean my TB too.

Again F----N SNAP ON PARTS!!!!!!!!!!
