I was lurking on the camaroZ28 and corral V6 sites. Well these guys are running several mph slower than us in trapspeed however they get the same ET! I mean several V6 F-bodies with some bolt ons are running around low 15's at like 89-91mph. Most of the guys running mid 14's have trapspeeds around 93mph. Even the people that hit 13's have trapspeeds of 97-101mph. I was thinking like WTF, we get the same trapspeeds yet most of us are 3-5 tenths slower .

0-60

they probably got better low end. maxima is weak until it hits 2k. at least mine is. they probably have worse hi ends than us. that way they reach 0-60 alot quiker than us giving them an advantage. then when they hit the higher rpms their cars acceleration comes to a slow. so they get faster times with the same trap speed.

Well do you think it makes a difference in the launch? I mean a RWD usually launches better, right? By the time they get to the end of the 1/4, the Max has gotten a chance to really up the RPM's, so the trap speed on the RWD would be lower...... Check out the 1/8 times if they have any, I bet the camaro times are much better than a Max, and the Max will be really tearing through by the end......

yes, no?
