wiring color codes for 02se maxima headlamps

i'm putting a pair of 2k1 halogen headlamp assemblies into my 02se maxima. i'm not sure which wires to match-up with which bulb sockets. does anyone have any experience with this? any advice? does anyone have a headlamp wiring color-code guide for 2k2? thanks.

You're going to replace your HIDs with halogen lights?

I'll buy your HIDs if you don't want them.

i don't think anyone would do that by choice. mine got lifted two weeks ago, if i replace them they'll just get lifted again. can't afford that.

Ohhhhh..... Someone on eBay was selling a pair of HIDs... a member posted a thread about it a couple days ago.

Sorry to hear, but why don't you tell your insurance?

yeah, get this: my HIDs were stolen on the 15th and the ebay bid was started on the 16th and just ended today. the description is that the mounting tabs are broken and so are the ballast mounts which apparently occurred due to a collision. funny how the rest of the assembly looks perfectly fine. i'm in NYC, he's selling from north jersey. it's all too coincidental.

my insurance deductable is $1000 so i'd be paying for most of it out of pocket anyway. besides, i'm sure they'll get stolen again. it'd be nice to have HID's again, but not with this much effort.

btw, if you know of anyway way of identifying stolen headlamps, i'd appreciate some advice...preferably via email.

MOTHERFACKER.... Suddenly the RAZOR-PROTECTION doesn't seem too extreme anymore... especially when someone robs you of $1,500 worth of equipment, within 1-min. How many hours of hard work do you have to put in to raise $1,500? And this A$$HOLE jacks it from you within a minute? Sorry... to piassed to think straight. I wouldn't mind if a poor fella steals 'em to get some food maybe, but an A$$HOLE with an internet connection?... FACK HIM!

If I were you, I'd find a way to win that auction (offer him more perhaps? talk to the guy who won teh auction?). Meet him in a mall, ask to see the assemblies, go outside to your headlight-less car, and mix and match your lights to it. I don't know if the theft left behind any pieces of plastic from the assembly or whatnot, but heck if it did, this will give you lots of room to play with.

Especially since the guy wanted to deliver in town and not ship them.
