If you have Konig Tantrums...help me!!

I just got 17x8's put on my car. The problem I have ran into is that the center caps wont stay on there b/c of the gold center piece is out too far. I hear there is a trick to getting them to go on. Any suggestions?

I had the gold centercaps (known as bronze by Konig) but had Konig send me the chrome ones and they both have fit fine

My friend hal(hlh0501) had the same problem with his tantrums. He told that someone on the org told him what to and it worked...he has since forgotten..so i know there is some trick. It looks so much better with the caps on there.
