Click for a good source of Hella lighting equipment.

PIAA lamps are ok...but Hella is a worldwide supplier of OE and aftermarket lighting equipment. Plus, all of their lighting comform to ECE standards, exceeding that of the USDOT.

I have PIAA superwhite headlight bulbs and foglight bulbs. They provide good visibility and they must be bright to oncoming traffic. I am always getting flashed at because some think my brights are on.

Well, if you're talking about bulbs >>

Stick with Philips or Sylvania. The same can be said of these two companies as opposed to Piaa.

Hella is also R&D and supplier for a verry large % of the aircraft industrie. Ex: Bombardier is 98% Hella interior/exterior, Boeing 80%, ...

But like most compagnies the cheap stuff is on the weaker side, but the high end is verry good. Just too bad they there custom linup is more european oriented but the universal models are verry good. I cant find the link but a co. had tested many of them with pics and they were rated verry high for quality, durability and performance.

Just my 2cents.

Your headlights are most likely not aimed correctly. I don't get flashed with HID's in my 9004 housings. And trust me they are 10X brighter then ANY 9004 bulb on the market.

It's not the headlights that are the cause. My buddy was in front of me and he says it's the fogs that are so freaking bright. Maybe people don't think I have brights on...maybe they just want the fogs off.
