All the low priced ones on eBay are pretty crappy. I recommend Sylvania Cool Blue. They are a little whiter and a little brighter than stock. They are not blue or ricey at all.

Yeah, all bluish ones decrease visibility. The Nokya Artic Whites are really blue. I've had mine for about 6 months so far. Just make sure to use gloves (or sandwitch bags) when installing them. PIAA Xtremes are very nice. They're really white looking, and they increase visibility. Peace.

I had noname super plasmas before, they were bright as hell. I could see great, but I got high-beamed a lot. The wiring for the lihgts on the max is pretty bad with a lot of voltage noise coming from the alternator, especially at high RPMS. Anyway, I blew one of the super plasmas which is a story as old as the wind here on the .org.. I then got a set of Eurolite Fusions. They are not as bright as the Super Plasma's and not quite as blue either, which is actually good. They seem pretty good so far. I bought the whole set and the headlights are nice and I dont get high-beamed anymore.. The clearance lights are great if you mod them to be 27W, and the fogs are good. They all match. Only complaint is I blew one of the fogs already (only 6 months or something), but I was not very careful about touching the bulb when I installed em. Those fogs get HOT! In any case, even the crappy hyperwhite generic bulbs off ebay are easier to drive/see with than the stock setup, by a long shot. However, with the cheap ones, it's just a matter of time before the blow.
