My window is broke and I am not going to fix itcause i dont use it can i still ...
My back window is F'ed Up and I dont let it down so I don't plan on fixing it properly. Can I still get my windows tinted?

how is ur back window f'ed up? the glass is cracked, window cant be rolled down, part of the window is missing, the glass has a huge dent in it, someone keyed ur back window... my answer would be no, but why dont you tell us what exactly is broke with ur window..
