Has anybody found it easy to remove the running light bulb from the 2K2 HIDs without pulling the assembly out? If so, how and which way do you turn it to get it out. It is tough for me to get my hand down in there and I can't see it at all really...if I knew what I was reaching for, I might be able to pull it off.

Counterclockwise to loosen, clockwise to tighten.

 

I tried the same thing because I am ordering some Polargs. I tried twisting but it wouldn't give too easy. I didn't want to tug any harder so I let it be.

The same thing happened to me, it wouldn't turn counterclockwise. How did others do this?

 

It means I am replying merely to move the thread to the top of the thread list to get the attention of somebody who can answer my question.

 

I assume that means you found it pretty easy to get the bulb out while the assembly was on your car?
