sqeaking after UDP install

Hey, I had the UDP installed a couple weeks ago, and now everytime I start my car in the morning, it sqeaks horribly for a few seconds. It only does it on startup, once I get going, it doesn't happen while driving. It lasts longer the longer it has been since driven...like if I go across town to the store and come back out soon, it doesn't happen, but if I'm somewhere for a few hours, it'll sqeak for a second. I'm thinking it's a belt not exactly right, as I couldn't find one of the alternate Gates belts I needed and the dealer used a Nissan brand belt he said would work. Is this a problem, other than being annoying? Should I just leave it alone unless it gets worse?

Squeak? A loose belt will kinda squeal, tighten up your belts and maybe hit them with a little belt dressing.

UR pulleys use an anodize plating so belts can sometimes have trouble getting good friction in the morning. Grab some sandpaper and sand the area where the belt meets the pulley. This should remove the plating and allow the belt to grab better.

Check tension on the belts

Check tension on the belts.
It maybe a little lose or too tight! Haynes manual has a good belt tension article.
That belt dressing stuff really works, IMHO!
